Step 1: Contact with Ha Thien Galaxy

- Through email ( vanchuyenquocte.hathien@gmail.com) or by the telephone number to give us the detail of the items so that we can give you the total bill, please be noted that all information must be confirmed by email to avoid unexpected fee when the items arrive in Vietnam. Ha Thien Express will confirm the cost, your name and our agency’s address in US through email.

- When you agree using our service it mean that you agree with the price and our policy in transporting items

- Because of Vietnam’s security, we do not have the responsibility with the items which sent to our agency in US but do not have the confirm email. We will deliver those item to US police.

Step 2: Announce to your acquaintances in US

Step 3: Sending items

a. If you live near Ha Thiên Galaxy Express is agency you can bring the goods straight to our office. You don’t have to pay in the US because we only take the money when you receive the items with the right type and the right number.

Step 4: Tracking Items and Updating Information

When you send the items you will be given a tracking number of your package, you use this number to track your package You can let us know your tracking number by 2 ways:

Step 5 : Receiving and paying: 5 – 7 days after the goods is delivered to Westminster Agency, the goods will be delivered to your house. When the package arrived to HCM City, you will get an announcing email, in the email has the information of the items and the transporting fee. Before we send the items to you, we will call you to set the right time.
